Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of fourteen. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd later went on to beat three times consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first five minutes. Then she returned to WCFC and beat Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen won against Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen with a majority vote. This put a stain on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd bounced back from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to take her record to 8-1. Aspen was first introduced to the sport in 2015after signing to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her, securing a first-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her debut fight as a bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to defeat McGill in the third round via TKO. The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18, which was catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen defeated Hoy and finished her in the second round with a TKO. In her last fight for the promotion, she fought Sijara Eubanks by unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina by using her ground and pound techniques and earned an TKO 2nd round win. She maintained her dominance, and won another victory over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd beat Evinger within the first few seconds and received a bonus for the performance of the evening. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes was in the UFC's Fight Night dos Anjos Lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was the first match she's ever had in any significant role. Ladd was the winner of the night's fight bonus after both fighters fought a fierce combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. She came back to finish Yana Kunitskaya in the third round of UFC on ESPN 7. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
