Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10, 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die manufacturer who had previously employed as a laborer for the manufacturing firm. She has three siblings: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was considered academically gifted when she was a kid and started the second grade when she was five. Saegertown School in Saegertown Pennsylvania was the high school she attended. Stone graduated in 1975. In addition, she competed in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone relocated to New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt in order to take on a job as models. In less than a month she was signed with Ford Modeling Agency. While in Europe Stone spent a full year in Milano and Paris. Stone unhappy with the model world within Europe took up acting as she lived in Europe. In her 20s, she starred in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" that received mixed praises.
