Kat Dennings, born Katherine Victoria Litwack on June 13th 1986 in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania was the first child of Gerald and Ellen Dennings. Ellen Dennings, her mother. Ellen worked as a speech and poetry counselor. Gerald Dennings works as a molecular druggist as well as a professor at the university. Dennings was the oldest of five siblings raised by a Jewish parents, is an actress who has made a name for herself. Dennings was educated at home and only once did she attend a traditional school. Because she began acting at an early age, homeschooling worked best for her. In the year 14 she graduated from her high school. At the age of nine the actress began to appear in commercials. After completing high school she and her family moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Kat Dennings is the name she chose to audition under when auditioning. Kat Dennings, who been moving from LA in 2000, moved to LA in the year 2000, made her first appearance in an HBO series called "Sex and the City". Following that, Dennings was a star in WB's sitcom "Sex and the City".
