Carey Lowell (born April 15, 1970) is an American actor. Carey Lowell began modeling for designer brands Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein as well as others. Her acting career began with the movie "Dangerously Close" (1986). The next film she appeared in was "Club Paradise," a film that occurred the same year. She also appeared in the 1989 James Bond movie, 'Licence to Kill'. The character was later reprised as a voice actor in the video game '007 Legends.' However, she is best known for her work on TV and in particular for the role 'Jamie Ross' in her role on the American TV drama 'Law & Order. The show had her as a main role and a character that was a guest. At the end of 2000, she got disillusioned and joined the 'New York University' in order for a course in documentary filmmaking. In 2016, her 3 year divorce with the actor Richard Gere was finalized. Lowell isn't a target for controversy since.
